Super, super cool app!!!!!! Love the after hours prices! this is the best app on the Internet!

Just wish I could subscribe

Doesn’t ask for a username and then tells me that my username is already in use.

I’ve had problems getting stock information and no one answers my entreaties.

The features that make this software stand apart from other apps costs 999 every 6 months?! There are so many other apps that provide the same info for way less if not free. The biggest benefit that this app has that others don’t is to keep track of calls and puts. Kudos to them for including that feature. The features they provide may be good but I’ll never know since I am not willing to fork out 2k per year. Also, there’s no trial. I just lost 64 bucks only to hit screens that try to sell me the 999 package for 6 months.

When it does work it’s great

I have not received any response from customer service regarding the problem of Basic Information not being displayed. This was a valuable tab in the app which appears not to be supported anymore. I have been a long term customer but am canceling my subscription.

This site does not honor the subscription they sell. And doesn’t respond to emails any longer requesting that they comply. Waste of money; go elsewhere. I bought the $49.99 annual subscription. Worked for a few months and then just stopped. Can’t add stocks. Useless!!

This was one of my favorite investing. apps for years. On Dec. 2, 2023, I purchased the Premium Plan and have many things that don’t work. I have reached out via email 3 times to request support. Vendor has not responded. I will be issuing a complaint and request for refund with Apple.

My network was very good, I have tested it, but when I use this app, it doesn't work, and it shows a message saying there is a problem with my network!

Works slow no trials how to get know?

Everything used to work great. But for several months option chain stopped working and news stopped working. Submitted help request and things got fixed for a short period of time and problem came back. So overall not to happy with the lack of functionality from a really well done program.

After a forced upgrade, I could no longer get into the app, it kept freezing. Response from app maker: “We’re having an issue with a vendor.” No timeline. No additional responses. Weeks later that big was fixed but could no longer log in with usual credentials. Have to email them for a password reset - have done so many times and never hear back. A lens on my overall stock performance held hostage. Tried using Face ID, it would appear my entire account has been wiped. It would take many hours to rebuild. It was actually a great app but something went radically wrong in the recent upgrade. And if they can’t be bothered to respond, I’m moving on.

Has stopped showing ANY entries in the earnings calendar, making it practically useless for me, and I’m a paid subscriber.

Nobody home to fix issues. Will delete this app.

I had trouble figuring out how to enter a stock into a portfolio, now I figured it out , It seems a little complicated. I really like this.This was my first message and I forgot to hit send. Now I am very familiar with the app and I love it. this first message I wrote a few years ago. I use the free version of this app for a few years now Nothing comes up at all

Was a great program for several years. Renewed today and just down not work!! Does not load options chains even with good connections. Do they need to upgrade server capacity?

Loved the APP until it ok longer allows me to add new accounts to my portfolio. Doesn’t seem to recognize my status. But they’re wiling you take my monthly fee??? What’s that all about??

I signed up for Essential and not allowed to add new ticker’s.

Purchaser beware… This app” was the best“ for day and swing traders, but no longer. Management has failed to recognize that the charts no longer reflect what the stock prices are on a timely basis. Even more discouraging is the fact that charts fall many minutes behind and as of the other day, no charts or data appeared. Why is this app so out of control?

Liars don't believe in ads

Just wanted to say that the information I receive from Stock Station is the best. It gives you all the necessary information to help you to make good decisions. It is also really accurate in the information you receive. I also like the updates on the Stocks in my Portfolio. This helps a lot in making wise decisions. I check it out most of the day. Because of their messages that they send. Also like the IPO and SPACS I think this is the best financial APP. Actually use this all day.

We not good at all on sending signals. That was a waste of time to me to subscribed
